I’ve recently taken to fruit juices. I can even skip meals by getting my calories from it. I consider it a good reason for living.

Walnuts are 660 calories per 100g. I think thats the highest I have seen.
They make your blood sugar fluctuate wildly. It is better to eat real fruit to get nutrients. I only drink it in emergencies when I’m having low blood sugar. It’s just unstable.

I love grape juice but my cardiologist says that it can cause diabetes and too not drink too much of it
