As a diabetic I was told to stay away from fruit juices.
Low fiber, high sugar.
I don’t drink juice, but I eat fruit.
And as far as junk food, I can’t give up chips.
Me too @Daze.
I love chips.
I drink orange juice, mainly cause it has c-vitamin and it helps immune system.
it is what it is. Another tool to be used in its place. if youre dehydrated and have low blood sugar juice is a great solution at that time. If you have high blood sugar and water then perhaps its not the best at that particular time. In general though i think its good to eat whole foods because they are balanced, but a) juice is pretty natural and weve always had it available (somewhat) throughout the ages and b) everything has its time and place
I like drinking vegetable juice with some fruit juice.
sounds good 0876087
My problem is the sugar density that is found juices.
I wouldn’t dare to eat 20 oranges. However only couple glasses of orange juice have amount of sugar that is found in 20 oranges.
I don’t drink fruit juice at all. I never have. No. 1, I don’t like it. No. 2, it gives me migraines. No. 3, I found out it’s not good for me.
I’d rather eat the fruit. If at all.
People need to stop labelling food that is high in calories “junk” food or “unhealthy”. That only makes food unhealthy if you’re overweight, and we’re not all overweight. Sugar is fine as long as you keep a healthy weight and don’t overdo it.
