Not generally, no. Most fruit juice raises blood sugar too much.

No, messes with my blood sugar. I do add some slices of fresh citrus to water when I carbonate it, but that’s the limit.

I don’t drink juice. But I’m drinking a smoothie right now because my dad got it from Panera and didn’t like it.

Not often. I get my favorite oj every couple months and share it with my son. Every once in a while I get V8. I will get an organic something or other, super bango delicious treat sometimes too.

I avoid juices because of the cost, and the calories.

I drink sugar-free, caffeine-free Crystal Light. It’s kind of like juice.

Occasionally, I drink Martinelli’s sparkling apple cider. But yeah, juice is generally too high in calories and sugar for me to feel good about drinking it.

I don’t drink juice cuz it makes my blood sugar too high…I typically drink Diet Mountain Dew and water with Crystal Light.

I don’t generally drink fruit juice because of the high sugar and calorie content. But I do drink and love low sodium V8 juice. Or just tomato juice. Those have no sugar, low sodium and very low calories.
