Joined the gym again

Hopefully it can help me feel better mentally not just physically. For this one it’s one stop from the train and right next to the next station. Less of an awkward walk and less further than the other gym. So hopefully will motivate me to go.

Depends on the shift of work .but aiming for afternoon.

I jog for 20 mins a day…its good and cheap…might consider gym

I will star the gym next week finish with my personal trainer workout will not take her more becouse it cost too much I cannot afford other stuff then.". But it was good to train with personal trainer… it does half of work for you designs every day workout specially for your need looks if you do every exercise correctly and also having cool conversations… I will go to group training Zumba , Callanetics … groups training for back problems… will try body pump when I get stronger… becouse it’s included in my membership all group trainings… but I miss my workouts with personal trainer … one workout cost 15 euros it’s pretty expensive for me
