John Nash had panoramic visions. Anyone else?

He could see whole scenes, all his sight was full of hallucinations according to the movie. When I have visuals, they are part of the scene

What is a panoramic vision?

I explained above. When the visual hallucination is a whole scene and not just hallucination of a part of the scene

I have this visions it’s like a movie and the people speak perfect english and i dont know how that’s possible because i have an accent. Then when I try too listen closer there english gets a accent. This disease is so strange.

I remember reading that the movie was not accurate in this regard. That he did not have many visual hallucinations.

“John never had delusions figures such as Charles, he suffered mostly from auditory delusions.”

I second this post. I heard it grossly hyped certain things incl visual delusions.

My visual hallucinations last for some seconds but in this movie his hallucinations lasted for hours,

Yeah, it’s not accurate. I’m not even sure if he had ANY visual hallucinations. Most of what I have read said he had auditory hallucinations and delusions.

Yea he never said he had visual hallucinations, just auditory and delusions.

I was led from London to Paris on the Eurostar to join a terrorist group, as I thought I was being controlled by Al Qaeda and the people I was hallucinating were using magic to control electronics.

They kept on coming up to me and these hallucinations felt very real and they were converting me into a terrorist

I got to Paris, and I was riding the subway, and when I got off at a station, I realised I had a back pack with a bomb in it.

Safe to say I panicked. I went through a tunnel in their subway network, and saw the army patrolling and freaked out

After that I checked into a hotel, and called my mother back in England with my phone that only had 3% battery left.

The hotel was called the Ibis, but I thought that was Western code for the Abyss.

I tried to break the cable on the window to jump out, as I think I must have been on the 10th floor.

My mother came to France and brought me home. I was very sick but still remember bits of information like the above.

Another time before I had entire situations and scenarios building that included other people.

The worst ones were at my University Campus, where people were constantly threatening to kill me, and I was always being followed. Scary times. I do not want this again

I wonder if it is still comparable, for example some delusional people believed they were abducted by aliens or had other very long abnormal experiences, are they just false memories?

…haven’t heard of any such case. While we’re on the topic of hallucinations, did Simba hallucinate in lion king when the baboon took him to see his father and there was lightning and mufasa’s voice?..

John Nash’s symptoms were greatly exaggerated for the film.

But when I have hallucinations, it’s only part of my surroundings.

To answer the question.
