I used to take 1h walk outside daily when it was warmer. Now its too cold so I just walk 30min inside the house back and forth.

It’s a good idea to do things inside when outside becomes a problem for some reason. I usually walk around 30min outside, but it never gets very cold here usually. Maybe typically minus 5-6 degrees celcius mid winter. Now it’s around +10 celcius. I stay in if the ground becomes a ice rink though.
I can’t really jog for long because I’m too heavy, get problems with legs. But hopefully I can get away with some short bursts.
I guess we all have different perceptions of what is too hot and too cold though.
That’s great! Exercise is so important.
