I've lost just under 10kg fasting in 3 weeks... another 15kg to go

I’m following a close to perfect diet plan

a bit too much salt from olives in brine and salted some roasted pumpkin seeds,

I’m trying to fit into a dress but i would need to lose over another 10kg in just under 5 weeks and i think that is out of reach

the dress fits my sis, she’s about 10 kg lighter than i am now and i have just 5 weeks left

so is 20kg possible in a total of 8 and a half weeks?

i don’t think so

but there are other dresses to go to a rock concert in

Fasting isn’t a healthy way to diet. Reducing calories (no less than 1250 calories a day) and exercising is the right way to go about it. Trying to lose weight quickly makes the chances of gaining it back much higher. Starving yourself simply isn’t good for you. Please be safe and make reasonable goals.

The opposite of what you said has been found to be the truth.

fasting is difficult at first with sz

i found it pretty triggering

took a few attempts to get used to it

2500 people were followed for a year
half dieted
half fasted
the fasting group lost 10 kg over the year
while the dieting group lost just 3kg over the year

fasting plays a part in all organised religions

new research shows that it is beneficial

i don’t do a water fast

i am following a vegan sugar free 500kal a day diet

I had a bit of spaghetti bol (a cat’s portion)
and cheese 3 x

that is the extent of cheat so far

I’m getting all my protein
Im drinking sufficient clear drinks

I know i can’t convince you but i have done it before for 6 weeks pharmacy led

i did a bit of reading just now
i will get a brilliant super multivitamin and some colloidial minerals

I’ll keep looking stuff up to make sure I’m doing it right

500 calories a day will land you in the hospital (if you’re lucky) or will damage your heart.
