Fasting isn’t a healthy way to diet. Reducing calories (no less than 1250 calories a day) and exercising is the right way to go about it. Trying to lose weight quickly makes the chances of gaining it back much higher. Starving yourself simply isn’t good for you. Please be safe and make reasonable goals.
