It runs down my inner left thigh.
I usually get it if I’m tired or stressed.
Been on and off a month now.
What could it be or has anyone else got dat too and got a dx?

What kind of pain? Maybe it comes from a tight back, I have it in my legs also. I use a tennisball to roll do triggerpoint therapy

It just feels strange the pain. It’s a very focused pain.
Do u know why you have that in ur legs. Is it in your inner thighs?
It moves depending on what kind of exercises I have been doing. I went to the doctor and for having all sorts of pains in my body like neck pain, lower back shoulders and legs. He said I have to train my back. When I do a lifting routine for some reason all my pain seems to disappear and feel vital.

I am 35 so a decent compound lifting routine is required to maintain muscle mass. But if you are worrying I would just visit a doctor

I did they didn’t do or even say anything about it on the phone. I was mentioning two things and they just focused on the other more long term pain. I will keep pressing the issue to them.

Do you feel the pain in your bone marrow?
Like intense pain like there are thorns poking?
It started for me after cycling ~100 kms in 10 hours.
My friend said it could be the seating position of the cycle.
But I still have the pain in my right thigh bone.
Hopefully it’s not bone cancer.
I want to check it out but when the docs get to know I am sz.
They will just ignore

Sounds like tight muscles. Try doing some daily stretches and see if it feels better

Idk what the pain is. I can’t remember now. It just feels really hot.
