working on my yearly goal list, and money and the virus running around has me feeling left behind , pushing on word i find things could get bad if i don’t plan accordingly, ducks in a row so to speak. in my list is to do a scalp cleanser and vitamin for nails and hair. another thing was doing work on fixing the car up. i just spent 410 buck on brakes and things on the front. health wise been have lower then normal blood presser and talking with my two Drs over it. how you coming along with yours?
I’m losing a lot of weight and exercising so I’m doing well so far. I need to jog on the treadmill today and absolutely don’t feel like doing it. But I’m going to do it anyway

All I want is to wake up with no anxiety about the day ahead, and be able to cope with all the stupid small things that get in my way and send me into a mental spiral
Something I need to work on. My care coordinator now agrees with me that the psychology sessions I had were rubbish, and he’s speaking to the new person to see if he can help me.
Fingers crossed action follows, as usually it’s just promises that never see anything come about
