I’ve conquered one of my goals today which was to make it to the library and vote.
Other than that I hope to actually go on a date with someone on POF, and work on getting my bachelor’s in liberal arts.
Eat well. Lose weight. Leave a good looking corpse.
Exercise. Helps 1. But doing well. Need to get more gear but feeling strong.
Keep in close contact with the boys and girls of friends and family. Too many distractions these days.
Ive had appointments up the ass, and still have a few days to go.
29th- insurance assessment
2nd- vet in other town and therapy
3rd- haircut and pdoc appointment
4th- court for my brother
5th- pcp appointment
On top of this I have the yearly certification process for my HUD apartment. I’ll be happy when this stuff is over. This stuff is what I’m focused on right now.
Each day I write a to do list, numbered with a card symbol next to it.
Then I throw a dice with card symbols on them, on whatever the dice rolls I am doing.
The dice has 4 symbols: clubs, hearts, spades, and diamonds. So I have 4 choices.
This reduces my cognitive load because I am having a hard time in making decisions. Ever since I am doing this, it makes me happy with the choices. The SZ makes it difficult to make choices, so the dice rolling certainly helps for me. And I do stick to the outcome.
run the errands…exercise more…love more.
