Today marks the 21st day since I last took Ativan. No more benzos for me. The first week was horrible for withdrawal symptoms but it’s gotten much better. My tremors are gone. Anxiety is less. Hooray for 3 weeks.

Thanks Chris. They are extremely addictive and the withdrawal from them is some of the worst on this planet. You can die from it. Thankfully I’m past the worst and feeling better.

About two months ago i took my last Clozapine. I had taken it for 9 years and the difference is mind blowing.

I had some withdrawal when I did. I’m glad i did though.

@zwolfgang I know, you can die from it in the early stages. I’m glad I got past the worst. I’m feeling much better. I kicked the habit!
