I ordered hot wings with blue cheese from the pizza place. im supposed to be pescatarian but tiring of the fish. also I didn’t feel like cooking. keep it a secret, ill be good tomorrow

I had called my mom and told her to get me a bacon cheeseburger, some chili cheese fries and a statin for my high cholesterol. she said no. I was just joking. then I ordered the wings.

Don’t worry, your secret is safe with all 500 of us. I’ll be honest though, I may tell my sisters when I see them tonight, and my co-worker would want to know at work tomorrow. My case worker would think it’s important information though so I will tell him a little of the secret but not the whole thing.

But don’t worry, I won’t tell the paperboy so you don’t have to worry him ratting on you. You can count on that.

do you have a source of iron in your new diet? its possibly the most common nutrient deficiency. you might be craving meat because of it. Things like cereal and individual packet oatmeal usually have it added in

im not sure, I think I get enough iron. I eat about 4 cups of greens for lunch and usually some fish. for breakfast I have a fruit smoothie with protein powder, not sure if the protein powder is a waste of money or not. maybe ill add a bowl of oatmeal in the morning. also I eat some sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds daily. dinner is usually just a frozen meal of some kind.

no problem! its just really important because red blood cells are red because of the iron they use to make hemoglobin. Without iron, hemoglobin can drop and your blood cells wont be so healthy after a while and might even diminish. Its no joke! Diet changes can be difficulty believe me i know :expressionless:

If you can avoid meat great. But, if you have anhedonia like many of us, it’s more understandable to eat the things you enjoy. Whatever you do, don’t beat yourself up about it.

amen. If youre sick theres moral grounds i think, even if you wish to stop the suffering of animals, to eat meat to regain your strength!
