And I am doing great!!
Last several times when I tried quitting ablify it was unsuccessful (because I either smoked weed or had very stressful moments in my life))
But now I am doing great.
My closest ones says I am doing just fine without ablify!
I am stable. I am interested how I will feel in several months or years.
It’s a big step because I was on this med from ~2017-2018
(i am quitting ablify with my pdoc recommendation)
Though I am on 6 mg vraylar, which is the biggest possible dose. 
which is sad but I hope in a ~1 year we will lower it and then someday I will be without meds.
