Water weight. In just a couple days since that weigh in, I’ve lost both pounds. Yay!

I agree with @Leaf , it’s worth trialling 1500 for a while.

@everhopeful @Headspark @Leaf i want to lose 5 more pounds if possible. I’m now eating 1360 calories per day so it’ll take longer but that’s ok. Once I reach that goal, I’ll start eating 1500/day

Congrats Zannah.

That’s why I don’t weigh myself at home every day. I always just wait until I go to one of my doctor appointments every couple months. Too many short term variables that affect weight if you weigh yourself frequently. Lots of ups and downs.
