Than to be evil and smart.
Thats perhaps even worse off than the man who is evil and dumb.
Best off I think though is he who is good and smart because he not only does good but knows why he does it and can help other become good

I’d say the majority of the world’s population are ‘dumb’
And a lot of smart people are out of their depth on the street.

That’s what I’d tell anyone.
I help initiate the new agents at my firm, and one of the things I tell them is “don’t be afraid that you’ll make mistakes. Because you absolutely will.”
I don’t know if I’m necessarily dumb. It’s just I have very little drive to do anything more than half butt. I get very very bored easily. An example is I’ve only beat three single player games in my life - prince of Persia, gta sand Andreas and V. That probably makes me come off as dumb. I have had ambition. If there is even a distinction.
I just read that people with autism need constant stimulation and get bored easily. That explains why one of the best moments in my life was when I discovered my TV can have two screens at once. I watched the Pistons win the chip and played Halo 2.
That’s more of an ADHD trait as far as I know.
But it could also be a sign you’re understimulated in general.
There be some dumb mofos. The worst is those 1’s who judge ppl becuz they talk like dis.

I don’t see lazy english as dumb.
But I do think it shows a disregard for whoever had to decipher the message, possibly poor social skills, as well as a lazy attitude.
If that makes me a snob, so be it. Everyone makes typos, lord knows I do.
But this isn’t the 00’s where you pay per message and can only use 150 characters. There’s no reason to write like that anymore.

If you met me in a practical, non-verbal dominated,situation you’d get a good idea of how dumb I can be.
