Is your Apt cold?

My electric bill shot up $40 dollars more last month and I don’t want to put the heat on high. I know in the summer I’ll complain about the heat. Are you cold?

I keep my heat on at about 71 degrees F. I have to keep it decent for my pet cat so he doesn’t get cold.

It can get a little cold in here though. Especially at night and early morning.

I’m currently wearing a sweatshirt and joggers though so I feel pretty cozy.

Haha yeah old friend, it definitely sucks sometimes.

Just about a couple more months though and it will officially be Spring.

I keep my apartment at 68F. I get hot otherwise. My dog is content. She’s thick anyways so she stays warm and is constantly next to me.

How’s Summer where you’re at?

It’s colder in my bedroom than the living room. I definitely don’t like the cold. I keep the heat on though.

My place was 48 degrees when i got up today…now its 66. I feel chilled or cold most the time.

Nice and hot.

I’m keeping my apartment a little cold tonight so I’ll sleep better. Then I’ll turn the heat up when I wake up.

Utilities are included in my rent, which I love, because I can keep it warm in here. That’s one of few nice things about this apartment, though.

My new apartment is in a relative old building, much colder than my previous apartment. I did some basic isolation work on doors and windows today, hopefully it helps.

You could get a little heating pad for your cat. They sell them for baby chicks so very safe are about $10. Our cats sleep on them during the winter as we keep our heat at a minimum.

That’s a great idea, thank you.

I do keep my apartment fairly warm though, so I’m sure Jimmy boy is okay.

He’s a happy little lad.
