Short Answer, probably not. But only your doctor can tell you that.
I know people in real life, on much higher doses. It all depends on where on the spectrum you fall.

yeah but my symptoms were mild so i think thats too much for me personally
Instead of nit-picking on your doses and all in sundry - try focusing all that energy on your recovery instead.

i just feel sedated thats the problem
