I’m on 300mg Clozapine and 400mg Abilify Maintena shot every 3 weeks

I doubt it. You still have symptoms on your current dose. It’s something that should be discussed between you and your doctor though.

I consider “being overmedicated” to be taking more AP than is necessary to control your symptoms. I have no idea how your meds make you feel. Are you sure that you wouldn’t “feel like crap” anyway? Maybe you need to get some exercise in. I’m not great in this department either but it might help you to feel better.
