Is this a good diet

i drink my vitamins in the morning and supplements, i glass of vegetable juice, lunch one can of tuna and one protein bar and for dinner one glass of vegetable juice thats it, i drink 3glass of water and have 1 jug of bcaas. is this good.

No. That’s not enough calories. You need a minimum of 1500 calories a day.

really i just want to lose weight fast as possible, but i feel fine though, i have fat my midsection i think thats extra calories my body is using right?

It’s not a safe way to lose weight. It could affect you heart.

my doctor wants me to lost weight because im in the obese side, so im trying my best to lose weight so im cutting as much calories as possible while staying healthy.

1500 minimum is all that’s possible. Otherwise you’ll harm yourself.

really are you sure, i alot fat in my midsection i have to get rid of, 1500 calories sounds alot though. i feel fine with my diet, maybe your right ill increase what should i eat then.

It’s not a lot for males. It’s the bare minimum.

Try consuming less carbs.
But eating most veggies is fine.

Eat lean meats like chicken and fish.

Stay away from sugary foods and sweets.

Healthy fats are fine in moderation.

Trans fats are a big no.

1500 cal is like the minimum requirement for normal bodily function.so if you do that diet for long time you might not do so well.

It sounds like you’re starving. Probably need to add more fruits and vegetables.

Yeah that’s not really enough, if you lose weight really fast, you’ll just gain it right back usually, u have to do probably a 1400 calorie a day diet, should be fairly easy for you if u can stomach this

There is a weight loss calculator www.calculator.net that says for my age, height, weight, and activity level I should eat 1400 calories a day for a 2lb a week loss. 1900 will give me 1lb loss. But it said to contact your doctor if less than 1500 a day. I just sent a message to my doctor to see if 1400 was okay with her. I’m old so it’s harder to lose weight.

I lost more weight by eating regularly than by cutting out too much. I lost 40 pounds by just watch8ng portion sizes. A good was to do portion sizes is by looking at the top of your fist. Make all portions that size and you will lose weight. As long as you stay at 3 meals a day.

You need some protein too. Maybe fish, turkey, chicken or lean beef. Having a steak daily is healthy.
