I’ve asked the people who I thought were communicating with me and they all had no idea. So its not coming from them.

for me its anyone who happens to be near me talking. family, random strangers on the streets, neighbors etc.

Yes. There have been times when I’m having conversations with my parents and I hear them say cruel things they wouldn’t normally say about me in the middle of talking to them.
