I feel like I’m being followed, recorded, and reported on. But I don’t think this is happening to everyone

I always worried about being followed when I drove. I don’t feel as though I’m surveilled, though.

I’m constantly watched and followed. I cope well tho. Idgaf. Not caring has helped a lot, I don’t look for their cars as much anymore.

I think being humble helps. Admitting that nobody would waste their time following me kind of helps me not be as paranoid. I just don’t think any of us are important enough to be followed.

When I was a child I thought people could see through my eyeballs like cameras.

Then after much therapy I realized I was not special enough to be watched by anyone.

I wouldn’t say I’m followed because I’m important. I’m followed because they want me to know they’re there at all times, like psychological torture.

I’m also convinced it’s aliens watching me through other people’s eyes. They fck with me all the time

I feel my phone is hacked it really sucks. I told my mum she said it’s my illness. Kind of helped but I found a way also myself to not stress over it too much. This illness is totally mad.

I’m watched through my phone all the time. I know they can see everything I do on it. I used to tape over my cameras but I don’t even do that anymore. I had to learn not to care.

How is it possible for aliens to watch you through other people’s eyes? I would try to be reasonable and logical to get out of the cage you have built for yourself. Are there aliens? Probably, but I don’t think they are too interested in you or me. I just don’t think we’re important enough.

Aliens have to exist. With the little we know about the universe, the countless galaxies there are… Aliens are mathematically inevitable.

Saying they don’t exist is a wild statement.

Me too. There was a video i had on my phone during my initial psychosis in 2012 where I was holding up a knife to my eye because i thought the camera was also a bomb or something. Scary.

I get really bad thought broadcasting thinking the universe is hearing my thoughts

Also, they send me visions. One visits me from time to time. I know they do. They even tell me I’m one of them

I don’t think every Sz/SzA has that specific symptom. But I’ve had it.
