People are trying to get under my skin. Trying to kill me. Sending me crap. It’s upsetting yes. I don’t know how I’m being followed and watched and it’s scary. I see you too though know that. To those who are against me. I know what you are trying to do.

Hey there. I was just about ready to go to bed when I saw this. I’m probably getting too drowsy to be of much help but…
What do you think is more likely, that you are actually being watched, followed and such, or that you are just a schizophrenic in the midst of an “episode”?
I mean, you are here for a reason, no?

I’m sorry you feel that way but that’s textbook paranoia. The average person is not being followed and watched. If you are not a criminal or someone important or doing anything out of the ordinary then no one has a reason to watch and follow you. What do you think you’ve done that would make someone want to watch and follow you? People don’t watch and follow or want to kill people for no reason.

I’m sorry. It just feels like someone who hates me sent me an email to mess with me and make my paranoia sky rocket.
It feels like that person knows I use this website for support and reads everything I write to laugh at me. Just to torture me.
I hope that no one is laughing at what I write and following me. I hope it’s safe here because I really need this outlet here and I’m very grateful for this website and you all.
