Is switching from 100mg of invega sustenna to 200mg of Abilify maintena a dose reduction?

I know Abilify is less strong. Will I feel less medicated on 200 of Abilify compared to 100 of sustenna?

Invega is much more potent. 200mg Abilify injection is a low dose, I believe its lower than 100mg Invega, Oral Abilify max dose is 30mg, Invega max dose is 9-12mg. You psychiatrist has the best answer though.

200mg is very low. I only have the option to switch from invega 100mg to abilify maintena 400mg.
