Is l theanine safe with abilify and seroquel?

I might want to try it because my sleep sucks hard

I take it everyday with abilify and haven’t had any problems.

I don’t know if it interacts with seroquel though.

Yes I do. I take a lot though. 800mg throughout the day. (400mg at noon and 400mg at 6pm). Beware if you take that much you have to taper off it. You shouldn’t quit it cold turkey. Best of luck!

I take it with seroquel. Have never had a problem.
