I was looking for some quality sad lamp reviews and all of them start from $100. My mood is fluxuating somewhere in the middle where I don’t really feel sad or happy.

I’d talk to your doctor about it first. SAD lamps can make you manic.

Talk to your doctor. I got my lamp prescribed to me for free.

I found a decent one for $50, but many are free with a prescription, depending on your country and insurance plan.

I found mine to be incredibly worth it though, during the winter. With summer coming up, it might not do much for you.

They’re probably worthless and more toxic then the sun.they use Uv light right?
Better to stay 30 minutes outdoor

I have a regular lamp with a Blues Buster full spectrum bulb. $20 for whole thing.
