Is it worth getting covid vaccine

Covid & flu shots if i hardly go out or speak to anyone i mean i go out less than 2 hours a week and rarely see my parents let alone anyone else. My hubby only goes out for milk basically he looks after me

Not worth me having them is it

The vaccine is good insurance that you won’t get really sick if you catch covid. Getting Covid is so random, anyone can have it and spread it. Your mailman could give it to you or your neighbor. And getting a vaccine at your local CVS or Walgreens only takes a minute if you make an appointment. It’s better to take no chances and spend a minute getting the latest vaccine.

I mean right now you are not coming into contact with many people but that could change at any time if you needed to go to the Social Security office or to the pharmacy or the emergency room or if you had too take your husband somewhere or you had to go to the dentist or a family function. Spend the minute getting the vaccine just in case. People are still dying from catching covid.

And those who can’t, like me, very much appreciate that you do because it’s less likely to be scattered around, as well as protects your health.

I had the first 2 Covid vaccines during lockdown. I’ve not had anymore. Too anxious about it. Just don’t fully trust it.

I won’t get into that though.

I got the invite this year

Did not last year

Think there is a new variant

I only got 3 vaccines, after that I stopped. I got invites but other members of my family didn’t.

I didn’t get the vaccine, cos I don’t trust those in power who implemented it.

I think it’s worth it. It lowers the severity of the virus when you get it. Thats very helpful. It’s not nearly as bad if you’ve been vaccinated

I received 4 COVID vaccines in the past
I may get the latest Covid shot this time round.

I’m definitely getting a flu shot

I’ve had four jabs, mainly during the height of covid. Not sure if I will get another

None for me. Caught it once, it was ok, had worse. Everyone I know who got jabbed, has caught it various times and get very sick. Plus when it was just released and pushed through, I was not impressed with the lack of Yellow Card scheme points at every vaccination location. Which for me is a must, particularly when dealing with medicine thats been enabled via emergency decree. Each to his own. But not for me or mine.

Yeah, but they might have gotten even sicker or even died if they hadn’t been vaccinated. That’s the whole purpose of getting vaccinated.

They might of. Though anyone I know personally who wasn’t jabbed, only experienced standard respiratory symptoms when they caught it, myself and my family included. Funny world…

Well theres no denying vaccines are saving millions of lives globally and if we didn’t have them like at start of pandemic then we’d still be having lockdowns

I don’t see a reason to get one. I barely go anywhere. :wolf::wolf::wolf:

I came back from a cruise and now me and my pops have some sort of cold/virus

I don’t think it’s Covid because we don’t have fever

If my father gets worse tomorrow I’m taking him to urgent care right away

After all he’s 90 years old
