I’m thinking of getting the flu vaccine soon but they don’t start the vaccinations until late September.
Well I don’t want to get sick with Covid again or come down with the Flu so I’m getting both shots.
I’ve never been a fan of the general flu shot. After this covid nonesense I’m getting every shot I’m able to get and not asking questions.
I had 3 Covid vaccines and tested positive 2 months ago. Here they only do the Omikron booster and flu vaccines for 65+ people.

No way! I’ve been sick every single day since I’ve gotten that covid booster. I’m terrified of getting another one.

I also got my Shingrex shots for preventing shingles this year. Going to get smallpox and polio shots, too.
@shutterbug , I was told that the smallpox vaccine is only for people at high risk of getting monkey pox for now. I also want to get it, but I have to wait until it’s available to everyone. Can you get it where you are?
Those at high risk for getting monkeypox and those at high risk for adverse effects here. I’m in the second category.

I just received my third Covid booster shot and I plan on going back to the pharmacy to get the flu vaccine
I’m not getting them, I didn’t get any covid vaccines either. I believe people who are healthy and have a history of overcoming flu without serious illness are better off not getting the vaccines, but rather supplement instead.
If I had underlying disease or had a history of getting very ill when contracting flu I would get them.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a flu vaccine.
I had my 4th Covid shot only a short while ago so I don’t know if I’m eligible for the omicron vaccine yet.
I’ll see how the pandemic continues to unfold.
If it was really recent you probably don’t qualify to get one now.

It depends on a few things. What country are you in? Are you immunocompromised? Are you under or over 50? Stuff like that.
