Well I have responded to this one yet it looks like. I stopped masturbating when I met my new friend. It’s satisfying just chatting with him. Let me be clear I haven’t met him in person yet. I’ve been staying away from the porn too.

I’d be lucky to masturbate once a year.
I find it helps me to relax to do so, even though I’m not in the mood necessarily. Best before bedtime for me.
There’s definitely cases it can be unhealthy or an addiction, but if that’s not the case nor is it developing into that, then I see no issues.
