It happened to me last time I did a diet too. I think the diet and the daily fast walking for 1+h is increasing my testosterone. Maybe I need to go back to 6mg risperidone. I am on 5mg now.
My family told me I have been getting angry faster at them and I am yelling at them sometimes since my diet. My brothers told me its the diet causing this.
If you are hungry you can be irritable. Anger is also a symptom of schizophrenia.
Wow you are doing so well walking for a whole hour.
That’s huge!
Well done!
It’s a struggle.
I’m trying to exercise and lose weight too.
They say you don’t see results of exercise til a year or so.
That is if you eat a normal diet.
Yes, my anger now on 5mg risperidone is much less than when I was on lower doses or off meds, its why I was thinking about increasing my risperidone and continue the diet, my physical health is important.
Thanks, I walk in the house back and forth, never outside as I never get outside.
Off meds is bad. I was angry so easily. And i am not the type to get mad.
I am going to make food and eat now. Hopefully I can feel better and more calm after.
What diet are you doing? Less carbs? Less calories? More protein?
Less carbs, less fat, rdi protein (recommanded daily intake). Less calories.
Maybe try eating more less processed carbs like more fruits and veggies.
Just try to stay away from rice, pasta and bread.
I do eat these everyday. Strawberries, blackberries, watermelon, blueberries, salads, cucomber, jalapenos, etc
May be because of carb/sugar/food addiction. If you were addicted to any of those things previously you might be suffering from withdrawal which would cause irratiability. Your Brian may be craving dopamine. Dw you can do it bro
I just had low carb noodles with salmon.
I feel better.
Yes you are going to be more irritable.
Salmon = omega3 = big brain
Your IQ is gonna jump 50 points starting tomorrow
