I have been more irritable and aggressive since losing weight. Yesterday I yelled a lot at my mother and today at my brothers and father. I am eating like 1000-1200 calories per day. I lost more than 23lb. Does losing weight makes you aggressive and irritable? Everytime I try to fix the damage that sz and meds do I break something new. There is no way out of this and no way to improve my health.
I know that low blood sugar causes aggressivity in me because I am more irritable when hungry.
Maybe I went down too fast from eating 3500-4000 calories per day to 1000–1200? Will the aggressivity disappear with time?
I feel like you should def eat more than 1000 to 1200 calories a day…
But I am not hungry and want to lose weight.
Well then… if you’re not hungry, I don’t know… I’m kind of in the same boat… I’ve been eating healthy and feeling agitated lol don’t know why… and I’m not hungry either
I don’t know a ton about calorie intake but I do know that 1000-1200 is very low. You’re probably angry because you’re not getting enough food. When I don’t eat enough I get in a bad mood really fast. I too have been losing weight. I try to keep my calories down to 1500-1600. It’s not always easy but it is working and my moods are usually fine. I do give myself a break now and then and eat a more.
I will try to eat a bit more, like 1500 calories. Also I think its bcz I am not eating enough carbs. My diet is mostly protein.

I’m at a plateau as far as weight loss. I think I need to eat more calories too.
Yes eating vegan and sugar free make me agitated so i quit.i m in mediterrian area so i cook healthy foods so i don t have to try eating extra healthy foods.i m also feel agitated when i m loosing weight.i don t know why but i want to take my weight back when i loose.
Yea I think eating little carbs cause agitation.
Yea I can’t do low carb diets either. I mean by low carb how much carb are you eating roughly?

I use zero calorie sweetner and zero calorie cola when I crave sugar.

Weight loss, dieting can make me sad at times. That’s how it affects me. Like on the verge of despair but not actual despair, usually.
