Yeah I never got tired on it. It was kinda the opposite like I had trouble with akathisia and calming down.

I couldn’t say, but I’d be willing to try. If it works for some people. A lot of people at my day program were on it.

Invega did not make me a zombie. I had lots of energy on it. But I craved sugar and didn’t like that so I switched.

Ive got a friend who is on invega injections. He works full time and is living okay

I am on Invega injection. 100 mg every 28 days. It does cure my delusions. I had a relapse once in 4 years. I do feel weaker and as if it is destroying my body. But I would probably feel that way with any medication. For a long time on Invega I did not want to do anything physical. 3 months now I started back walking. For me it is better than Zyprexa but when I was on Zyprexa I was under plenty work stress and I did not want to take my meds. In conclusion, I would say everyone could react differently to the meds. High dose could be different from low dose. The meds work better when you are under less stress and adopt a holistic lifestyle and approach. Seems like we are left to try different meds until we find the ones that work for us (under doctor supervision of course).

Also, it does not cure my social anxiety and there was a period I was fearful to leave the house to go far distances. Also, there were times in the past where I was depressed in a weird way. Hard to remember and describe now. It may take some time to start working is what I am thinking.

I am taking Invega pills right now and will be switching to injections on the 13th. So far it’s been a clean drug for me.

I’m on invega injections 150mg. Works perfect for me. No numbed emotions. I think it is causing erectile dysfunction as I can’t get a a hard on but I’m okay without sex because I’m asexual. Could be a problem for some people?
I hated it but it may heal some . Weather the meds or depression I felt empty inside
From reading personal experiences it seems to have a problem with causing anhedonia. Everyone is different though
It’s pretty similar to risperidone. I was on Paliperidone injection for 4 years and gained alot of weight.

Go for the injection that will secure you ftom forgetting or wanting to lower your meds.
I’ve been on a LAI for 27 years besides of antipsychotic pills and I can only talk good about that I was only admitted to the mental ward 8 times the last 25 years.
