I guess I am not doing much differently but expecting to someday feel better.
Things could get a lot worse.
This is a couple problem we have. He thinks I should take more medication. I do not want to take more than this.
There is no remedy for my misery.
I feel so empty I guess.
I am so stubborn in this. It is not good long term, I am already taking so many supplements and high doses.

Were you ever on a med regime where you felt you were doing well?

Just judging from your posts I don’t think you need more medications. You seem pretty high functioning to me, and I don’t detect any paranoia of delusional thinking.

Not for everyone. It’s often part not the whole solution!
Let us know once you’ve done some CBT / therapy!

What is it your doctor wants you to do?
he leaves it up to me basically. He only follows up and see if I am well.

Well, I don’t know. Some meds help, but too much is as bad as too little.

Since he’s a doctor, meds is probably all he’s really got to help you. So my guess is he may think something new/increased may help, but there’s no way to know for sure without trying it.
