Always wonder this, can anyone say for certain?
hmmā¦I really never thought about it like that? Maybe our minds are thinking while we are breathing and maybe mouthing the words or like singing a son on our breath?
with a closed mouth?
hmmā¦I thought maybe you meant with an open mouth. We can certainly talk in our minds while our mouths are shut?
I mean like conversations with a closed mouth?
itās not the secret of the world then?
ah hell
you would have to have telepathy to talk with your mouths closed I think. Is that what you are talking about? I donāt believe in telepathy.
No not telepathy, just speaking to each other - both people conscious
by breath rhythm and sounds
sounds like an ancient way of talking somehow. Interesting topic.
i think itās an interesting way of not being able to get any sleep
thanks just had to get it out of my head and in black and white
So it was another delusionā¦ long nightā¦ in a way itās my happy place that one - breathing is talking
unfortunately now been up all night.
It is really annoying because i donāt know if i should take another pill, (the optional antipsychotic dose)
it might make me drowsy all day even more so
think iām going to have to though
Good luck. I am just partying and doing nothing right now really. Listening to Beach Boys āHollandā on Spotify, self medicating. Nice talking with you @CloudDog
You too Jukebox

Iām trying to get my head into pondering thisā¦
I guess it could beā¦ breath talkingā¦ but it has to be something more then just neutral breathingā¦
I snapā¦ I canāt take the fluttering around anymoreā¦
I find I break out in rapid shallow breathingā¦ (Iām having an anxiety attack) My sis without words shuts the blinds, stops all the kitchen clatter and comes and sits by me and holds my hand and a begins to breath very deeply and slowlyā¦ copy herā¦ slow deep breathā¦ we just try and catch that wave of calmā¦ she doesnāt say anything about this any moreā¦ ā¦ she and I just have been through this so many times.
Or I guess I could picture a breath argumentā¦
I huffā¦
she rolls her eyes and sighs
I exhale long and shake my head
she inhales and has a question on her face
But there are other body languages going on. Crossing of the arms, shaking of the head, narrowing or rolling of the eyes. I donāt know if it would be possible to have a conversation on breath alone.
A silent body language conversation? Yesā¦ I am close enough to my sis and we live together for now that we seem to be able to read each other pretty well.
When you get to know someone really wellā¦ you know the non-verbal gesturesā¦ like if my Mom has an unusually sweet smile on her faceā¦ but that left eye brow is up and sheās looking at you over the rim of her glasses?.. Sheās ready to strike like a cobra.
umā¦nope. take your extra dose my lovely. hope this helps
canāt talk like that unless its in your head and thats not really talking in a conventional sense, just two opposing thoughts in your head i guess.
