You might be able to get away with lean chicken breast and yolkless egg, and maybe the occasional oily fish, but if you cheat more than 20% of the time you won’t get results.
I don’t consider the yolkless egg cheating though, weight-wise. Especially if it’s prepared on a non-stick.

I don’t know if you were talking to everyone or not, but seroquel is the only med that really works for me. That said, today I’ve been thinking about stopping it because I don’t want diabetes, but I can’t get my stupid fu cking sugar addiction under control. I don’t know what to do…

BTW with the fructose I was trying to make a point too that fructose gets converted to fat more easily than glucose… Actually I don’t even know if glucose gets converted into fat at all… Probably yea… All under certain circumstances

I had a panic attack when my weight skyrocketed out of control. At the time, I took action, joined weight watchers with a friend. Later, when I was semi- in control, I became a vegan and exercised. Now, it’s been no problem for years.

That’s about how much Ive gained too…
Overall.
I’m too scared to try out other meds what if they make things irreversibly worse and it gets harder to be on same dose of abilify after and I need to raise my abilify dose. But it’s true if I can’t get this under control soon then I may need to risk it n change meds cos I’m experiencing other side effects too.
Are you going to try switching meds or…

If you want to know the true score on what’s the best diet for you nutrition wise, it’s best to see a nutritionist or a dietitian. Most grocery stores have them.
It’s my understanding from my VA nutritionist, that the Mediterranean Diet is the best human diet. It is based on protein foods, fruit and vegetables.

I read somewhere that while Mediterranean is very healthy, as long as you eat a plant-based diet with olive oil, whole grains, and lean meats it’s about as good.

I bought myself some extra virgin olive oil yesterday cos of that diet.
I used to use coconut oil for a bit n but am getting concerned about all the saturated fat especially cos I also eat chocolate every day
I like food, too. I eat quite often but I keep losing weight. I used to throw up 24/7 because my body won’t keep food down. So while I’m really happy about my eating, I’m puzzled on why my weight is dropping. Maybe I’m losing muscle?
