I eat way to many sweets

I don’t know why but I love to eat and my fav thing to eat is sweets. Does anyone else have this problem? Do you think of it as a problem?

I eat a lot of sweets too. I want to eat healthier but I have a lot of other things to focus on right now.

I eat way too many sweets. I crave them. I can almost taste them. I need to stop though because I am diabetic.

@riddled yes you do need to stop. My step father is going to dialyses because his eating habits were so bad and he is/was diabetic as well.

Yes, I eat a lot of chocolate now compared to before. I’m on a calorie controlled diet, so I’m allowed a certain amount of calories. I suppose I should fill those calories with something better than chocolate.

Yes! I have it bad. I just ate half a box of Cap’n Crunch breakfast cereal. I’ve learned not to buy things I like too much when I shop for groceries. Otherwise, I eat way too much of them. I should not have bought this cereal.

Is that a sz thing? I eat way more sugar than anyone I know. I always want sugar right after any savory food, and in the afternoon, and any time. I have cut back in the past, but right now it’s bad.

If I eat a serving of cookies it easily turns into the whole box in one sitting. Found out I easily gain weight off of sugar, granulated sugar,not cane sugar. Try to buy organic,it is expensive though.
Don’t really know if it’s because of sz. :S

Used to, I do get cravings for sugar. Not much anymore though, I picked up a bag of hot tamales the other night but don’t eat a lot of candy these days, my teeth really can’t afford to.

I eat it at night when I wake up in the night and before bed… It gives me comfort so I can relax and provides comfort… It’s calms me down…

When I’d feel sad as a kid I’d get candy to feel better… it was also a reward… So it’s stuck with me…

I love sweets and I have been trying to cut back but I just finished two protein chocolate milks and two yogurts in the last hour and a half.

If I wasn’t worried about gaining too much weight I would eat cookies, ice cream, candy, and potato chips all day. If I had a choice I would eat pizza and fast food every day. But I don’t because I want to look good and be healthy. It isn’t just a schizophrenic thing, almost a third of Americans are overweight. You can eat anything you want if you are ready to face the consequences of being overweight, possibly ruining your health, and wasting money. The side effects of some of our meds is weight gain, so it may not be totally your fault that you crave sweets.

I think I’ve hit bottom. Maybe I should go to breakfast cereals anonymous.

I eat way too much everything! I consider it a major problem. I need to stop, before I die.
