Its a great day. I am pain free and go for my regular walk later on. I slept in as usual and have a couple of coffees till i take a shower. I am glad i have no headaches with cars or jobs or children. I don’t have to think about money as i have none. Its great.

Today, Friday 1:07 AM, is good because tomorrow, Saturday the 24th, is my berfday. I’ll be 37 years young. It’s possible mi madre may take me out to eat. Cajun seafood Alfredo here I come.

I got to buy a Friday scratch ticket an won money to play again
I having a mostly good day. I didn’t take any Tylenol or Ibuprofen this morning for my arthritis. It’s hurting some, but not too bad. I ordered a supplement @anon67051439 recommended from Amazon, and they are going to deliver it Monday. I want to be free of pain medication to see if the supplement works or not.

The supplement is Glucosamine. I had to look it up.
I had another good day - the sun shone and I swept house and painted a picture for first time in five months

My day was good! I went for a walk earlier and got a tea at McDonalds. Now I’m chilling with my cat for a bit before I study
