Aside from my tiff with my sister I’m doing spectacular. Got my tooth yanked out. It wasn’t too bad. I talked to my daughters. They’re on vacation. Read a bit. Looked at some PhD programs. Played civilization for a bit. Talked on discord. It’s all good in this hood.
I’m glad the day is over. I’m ready for bed. I just finished emptying the second load of dishes and got my bank statement checked and recorded. The day was pretty routine. We’re still taking temperatures every day and doing back massages because of Covid19. All is well.
Pretty good. Kids were mostly behaved all day, little arguinag for once. Talked with my new organization peer worker (quit regular peer support). Been in a good mood almost constantly with my new med, too. Upbeat.
Had a hard morning for motivation but plugged along with some of my usual routine. Have completed 20,000 steps with a half hour jog part of that. Just about to get some lunch together. Catching up on the boards…generally just living the dream
I came.
I saw.
I considered staying but am home now.
I’m doing pretty good. Bought a fishing license today and ate a good dinner. Also did some household chores. No symptoms as of late. Gonna watch some Star Trek later.
I had a spectacular day today. Chilled outside in the morning. Listened to something about John Nash. Watched funny tik toks. Caught a bit of the MLB draft. My team the tigers selected an ASU player. That’s my Alma mater. So that’s pretty cool. Talked to my daughters.
I live on a lake. You think I would have a fishing license. I am a 100% disabled veteran so I can get one for free. Just haven’t gotten around to it but going fishing next week with my son and father in law.
I will probably just go buy a 24 hour one. Don’t want to go to wildlife and fisheries and wait in line. Would have to take time off of work when I can just go buy one at Walmart.
We have a little lake around here. I don’t know how often it gets filled. What qualifies you to get a free fishing license? Do you have to be disabled or is it any vet?
My day was pretty dang good. Helped my dad clean some of the siding on the house, then decided to take a road trip to the next state over to check out how much cheaper cigarettes are. Ended up stocking up haha. It only cost me around $8 in gas and 2 hours total of driving, and I ended up saving close to $100 compared to my state’s prices. Hit a couple thrift stores on the way back too, but didn’t find anything good. It was great to get out and hit the road for a few hours, even though it was humid as hell out.
Well my energy was really low so that was rough. Slept most of today. But I passed my nclex and became an RN today so that made up for everything my boyfriend and I got ice cream and mikes hard to celebrate
I haven’t caught any fish. Haven’t gone fishing. My father in law has a fishing boat though. We aren’t going to fish at my house. We are going to go somewhere else. Here I would probably throw them back.
