I lost 100 pounds in a year. It’s now been about 15 months since I started. I’m at the same weight, but I increased my calories. I’m trying to make sure I don’t gain.

My new goal is to lose a little more but do is slowly while working out to avoid sagging excess skin.

I’m not trying to lose weight, but I need to. I’ve found that drinking green tea keeps my weight within reasonable limits. I think it is mostly water weight that green tea helps me lose. Body fat has a pretty fair amount of water in it.

It keeps finding me again after.

As long as I’m on Depakote I’ll never lose weight.
I’ve given up.

I eat what I want.

I’m not trying to lose weight. I would like to be more physically fit, though. I am very weak and out of shape, although I’m a healthy weight.

I’m also trying to keep myself from gaining more weight, from Latuda & Seroquel. I gained 10 pounds from Latuda, now I’m just trying not to gain anymore.

I don’t eat much, cause I don’t have much of an appetite. When I do eat, I try to include veggies and salads.

We’re kinda broke, right now, so mine and Hubby’s diets are not as healthy as we would like. But, that’s just life.

Every time I try to lose weight it seems like I gain. I haven’t been eating very healthy lately. I’ll eat pretty healthy for a couple days then get into the sugar. I got to get away from the sugar.

I’m trying but sadly nothing comforts me like food does, and my life is nonstop trauma right now.

I’m actually trying not to lose anymore weight.
I’m doing my best to stay healthy, but my ongoing struggles with an eating disorder quickly sends me down a bad path if I attempt any sort of dietary restriction.

I’m in a bad place right now, and I’m essentially just munching on stale bread throughout the day to stay alive.

I’ve been limiting my food intake and exercising more since three months. I’ve lost 14 kgs. I finally - for the first time in years - have a healthy BMI.

Hmm. . .

I Honestly Never Gave Much Thought Into Gaining Or Losing Excess Amount Of Weight.

My Body Is Sensitive In The Respect That I Don’t Need To Count Calories.

I Easily Fluctuate.

Always In The Center Of The Balance. But!, Sometimes, A Bit Too Less, A Bit Too More.

I Prefer Being A Bit Lower Than Average In The Scale Department.

I Never Understood How Some People Can Overexert Themselves In Food.

Comfort Perhaps?. Giving Your Mind A Rest Perhaps?. Trying To Fit In Someone Else’s Acceptance?.

I Dunno, I Eat What I Like. And Don’t Push It When The Body Let’s Me Know When I Am Good.

It’s Simple Really.

I diet to avoid weightgain. I dived into sugarcoated doughnuts and other nasty cheap treats and my belt lost a good hole. It will take 6 months or so to win that belthole back. I try mentally to fire up to get fit and have an athletic body. Just for once in my life.
