Is anybody else trying to lose weight?

My BMI was 31. I take 12 mg Invega and 150 mg Wellbutrin and a low dose of clozapine for sleep.

I need to loose weight. But I don’t see the point at the moment cause I’m trying to get pregnant again. After the 2nd there will be no more and I will work on my weight.

Losing 14 kg from 31 BMI doesn’t make you go from obese to average though?

I lost 8 kg before and 14 kgs in the last 3 months. So, 22 kgs in total.

Yes, I am trying to loose weight. I am 223.5 Lbs US… I need to loose about 45 Lbs US… So I can regain control of cholesterol, blood sugars, and other things.

Trying to lose weight is what makes me gain.
If I ignore the health stuff and just go about my life without worrying I usually end up doing a good job without calorie counting and all that non sense

I’m still calorie counting and still losing weight. I’m losing weight slowly this time and so I’m able to stick with it.

I lost all the weight I gained now I’m just trying to get my cholesterol under control

I had lost 56 pounds, but then gained back 10 of them due to bad eating. I am now trying intermittent fasting. So far have only lost 1.5 pounds. Need to start exercising again. Seems to be the only way I really lose weight.

I’m 70 kg want to be 60 kg.

It’s not so much weight to loose.

Really excited to have shifted my weight to this realistic goal

I lost weight after I started taking Caplyta

I hit my weight goal about a month ago, so I am no longer trying to lose weight.

i have become really chubby lately.

last few months i put on around 7 kg.

i stopped exercising and am nolonger dicsiplined enough to make myself exercise.

hopefully when the gym reopens i will be able to exercise again although i feel uncomfortable around some of the gym people hopefully i will manage to go anyway.

i found a great smoothie that is healthy.

seriously i do not want to eat less.
it would be unhealthy to eat less than i do.
i was eating too little before.

if i was to loose those 7 kg i would have to starve myself.
exercise is not enough.
exercise does not make me loose weight or size.

i have spoken with a dietitian and she said i should not eat white bread and eat smaller portions.
i think i am healthy right now.
chubby but healthy.

my boyfriend is obese and does not exercise and eats junk and since i met him i stopped exercising.
if i had a boyfriend who went bush walking with me it would be different.
i love him dearly but in a way it would be better for my health to have a healthy boyfriend who would go bush walking with me, eat well and take care of self .
