Is 600mg caffeine too much?

I have a high tolerance…

Usually most days I take 400mg and I don’t feel anxiety or any weird heart stuff

Some days I take 600mg… but it seems like too much.

Supposedly a few Starbucks coffees could be 600mg or more.

I esp need it to workout, or I feel sluggish.

I remember a guy on this site used to drink 10 energy drinks a day! Dude was drinking way too much!

Dude that’s way too much. A regular coffee is like 100mg about. So that’s like 5-6 coffees

I’m sensitive to caffeine. 600 mg would make my heart go crazy.

I sometimes take 3 200mg caffeine pills spread out throughout the day.

I never noticed anything wrong.

I think the daily limit is 400mg but I always went over and it’s done nothing to me.

I used to have around 600-800. It gave me a lot of acid reflux lol. I didnt drink any caffeine for about a year until my last episode now i have a couple cups a day to try and combat the current slowness.

My pops has been drinking probably 800-1000mg caffeine daily for like 40 years and hes doing great lol.

I’m on no caffeine lately
Had a diet Pepsi yesterday, first one in weeks.

I think people try to normalize caffeine, but it’s not really necessary honestly, especially as much as people try to drink, but yeah 600mg is a lot lol.

I think it was either a cup of coffee or more likely a diet soda that had 35mg. Yikes.

I’m not supposed to drink caffeine cuz of the COPD and heart issues…but lately I’ve gone back to drinking Diet Mountain Dews once in a while. And coffee. And Diet Pepsis. And iced tea. My doctor is gonna be pissed!
