So been doing good with exercise and stuff and spent some small money on some weights and exercise gear. All good. Next step is diet. I’m using this Australian weight loss system the CSIRO diet. It’s not a bad thing and is based on scientific research. It has enough protein in it to not feel as hungry and I’m doing ok on day 2.
Still. Need to invest in some stuff for the Kitchen. Good buy was a $13 rice cooker. You have to do a minimum of 2 cups of rice but works a treat. Bloody good buy and I’m on the path. Need to get a digital scale for the kitchen and see what measuring devices are available but seriously. A $13 rice cooker…I’m winning Charlie.
