Invega withdrawals

So my dr supports me stopping Invega. However, I’m having withdrawals - I’m super dizzy. My dr said it’s withdrawals but shouldn’t last more than 2 weeks. She said it’ll probably only last a few days. I hope it goes away soon. I can’t workout like this

I had those from invega before mine started about 2 weeks after thinking I could stop it.
Needless to say I’m still on it, I couldn’t handle it and within 30 mins of talking a pill it went away.

Wow. That’s crazy. I talked to my husband about it and I’ve decided to go through the withdrawals and be done with it rather than taking a med that’s causing me too many problems.

I don’t blame you. Mine got bad though.

I wish you the best!

I got super shaky when withdrawing from mine - when I went from 12 mg to 9, from 9 to 6, and then off. Very nervous, anxious, and jumpy. I initially thought it was because I hadn’t built up enough Trilafon yet, but it turned out to be Invega withdrawal. Cross titration sucks, when you don’t really have enough of either med in your system yet to be truly effective.

Mine lasted about two weeks. I know that’s not what you want to hear, but at least it’s an end date in sight.
