How are your emotions ? Inner monologue ?
Iāve been on it 4 years. I donāt feel flat or anhedonic. When Iām not having affective symptoms I feel fine. Get periods of joy without spilling over into hyper-mania. I enjoy life. Inner monologue is normal. When I become unwell I get intrusive/obsessive thoughts plus paranoia and delusions, these are obsessive too. I have defiantly noticed that Invega claims these thoughts.
I have noticed I canāt get a erection, I have low libedo. I have moderate incontinence, post-micturition dribble from weakened pelvic floor. Is this due to the Invega I donāt know?

Just because you have no semen doesnāt mean you canāt orgasm. I know someone with retrograde ejaculation and he never has semen. But he orgasms.
Yea orgasm is in the brain and not in semen.

Well, itās spasms in the genital area. It affects the brain, but you have to have stimulation to get there.
Does that means i wont ever have semen again
Iāve been on invega sustenna 2 and a half years I donāt have any trouble getting erection and semen but my sex drive is low

Same here on Risperdal. Risperdal is converted into Invega in the body.

My psychiatrist told me they are like cousins but not the same.

Well yeah not 100% the same but similar. From Wikipedia, Risperidone is converted to Paliperidone in the liver. People on any of those 2 drugs complain of low sex drive.
