If you are hallucinating and hearing ppl read your mind, do you start to have intrusive thoughts?

I had all three at different times. I think your best bet if you are experiencing these things is to see a psychiatrist and seek treatment. Most likely your doctor can prescribe you medication to help control these symptoms.
