Intrusive thoughts + Thought Broadcasting + Hallucinations

My question is what do you do when all of these things come together and play themselves off one another. No med I’ve been on has completely taken away these symptoms. How do you live a normal life like this, I don’t see how it can be done.

@catsrcool I want to empathize, that life in any form is precious.
It is good to be able to do insane stuff like healthy people do.
But life is wonderful also without these things.
Many people are lining up for a cure, and trying to do their best meanwhile.
Anyhow remember, life in any form is a wonderful gift and we should try
to extend it as much as possible.

I agree that life is precious however this illness can really put on a toll on you.

It’s alot about what you need to let go of and hold onto.

We tend to form way too many mental and emorional connections. Then these cinn3ctions become ingrained. Just think, for instance -Showers.

Some people here are fearful of showers and go days and even weeks without showers. This is because they have connected alot of fear and cranziness to it. They have make a mountain out of a flat plain. Sometimes we have to force common sense into ourselves and be comfortable to change and grow into what we want to be

Ruminating in fear and uncertainty only brings more fear and uncertainty in our lives and in our mind.

Think of it like this. What is holding you back? Fear.
Fear of being uncomfortable, things being out of your control, being embarrassed, fear of being "crazy ". This fear it’s self is what is causing a majority of issues. When something happens or you feel a certain way catch yourself before you do what you always do. Stop and think what would be the best way to handle this and make it better.
