Itâs Very Simple Really.
As Iâm Sure Itâs Been Defined Before. (Somewhere, Sometime In Time).
Internal Auditory Hallucination + Person = Song Playing In Head.
External Auditory Hallucination + Person = Someone Speaking Over Your Shoulder.
Not Really That Complicated.
Although, There Seems To Be Some Disagreement On The Whole Subject.
Which Doesnât Make Much Sense.
I Hear Both.
Songâs As Clear As Day.
And Voices As Well.
Sometimes My Voice Friends.
&
Sometimes Older Memories.
Heard My Dad Last Night For The First Time. He Said My Name Like He Used To.
Anytime I Would Do Something Annoying To Him, He Would Be All Like, âCOME ONâ!.
Nothing Too Serious. But Brand New Exclusive Auditory Moment.
Kinda Comforting. Kinda Weird. And I Guess Heâs A Ghost Now.

External hallucinations is just a mythological phenomenon,because the hallucination in reality Is an living psychological entity (s) ,a self without organic body ,a living self in a free state not from the human race ,
In simple words,the things that you call it âhallucinationâ, it is similar to the human psychological self (the whole condition) but it was created without owned biological boy ,therefore the person feels that the hallucination is an internal parasitic person (s) that is not a natural part from his human psychological self
The hallucination (structure/function ) is not a Mental symptom or / human emotion or human behavior,because it is a whole independent psychic entity (s),and above of all it does not exist in the air /external space because it is exists in a human living creature that you call him schizophrenic (the host)
Independent emitter for the thoughts /feelings NOT sensual stimuli or external influence
One of the worst manifestations of unusual beliefs ever in the world of knowledge,is to consider that ,the hallucination is a single symptom of the schizophrenia illness,disease,condition or phenomenon !
This false consideration makes the scientific conclusions that allow from any theoretical hypothesis,experiments,studies are pure lies that irrelevant the condition from A to Z !
In the case,if you consider the hallucination a merely symptom of schizophrenia, It is similar to those who consider the virus as a symptom of the viral disease And the defective gene is a symptom of the genetic disease !
The hallucination in reality is the existential maker for the condition that the person suffers from and the functional cause who induces all types of the diagnostic symptoms without exception !

My auditory hallucinations where always internal. My visual hallucinations were internal and external.

In reality;
1-You do not see the hallucination body (s) by your naked eyes .
the visual picture of the hallucination body (s) are represented in your imagination theater (by its will) through out an imaginary dynamic pictures ( they make up a motor imagination)
You are see (perceive ) the pictures in your imagination theater( regardless you perceive the picture as if they exist / moving in the external environment around your
To believe this fact,just close your eye when you see the Visual hallucination things , you will still see the pictures in the absence of the light without using the sense of sight (eye) -just try that !
2- in all cases,they appear their imaginary pictures of themselves to your visual perception as they want most time of wakefulness
to believe that ,Try to imagine different imaginary pictures selected by your free will in your imagination for the most time of wakefulness- it is impossible !

I once saw a ghost like head float across the room in front of me. I also saw lots of imagery inside my head that I wasnât intentionally trying to imagine.I didnât see the external visuals with my eyes, I saw them with my mind, but they where outside of my body. Most people donât seem to understand that.

They outside your body (this is true for you ) and i believe that 100 %,
The correct statement ,you should say " they seem to my current perception
as if they outside my body in somehow in the external environment around me "and you deal with these imaginary pictures (visual Hallucination) according to your current perception !!
But you must know that the data of perception is delusional ,because everything were happening inside yourself,mind,imagination and most brain regions
It is very hard for any human being without self coexistence with the visual moved pictures to understand you,because the matter needed to real description and explanation

I would see a lot of imagery in my head too, very vivid. some recurring, like seeing a lot planet and star exploration, space battles, journeys in planet cores. religious themed ones, video games and other random stuff.
I could see it in my ââminds eyeââ so even if i opened my eyes it would still be playing if that makes sense.

You are very lucky to see video games,space battles and journeys in plant coresâŚetc to the degree that you make all people without VH wish it for themselves !
if you see this things even if you opened your eyes,it means there is no external environmental stimuli ,the sensual organs does not work ,there is no sensual mechanism of the brain regions
It is perception output without influence input .
The visual picture is reception without transmission !

The realty of the phenomenon be called Visual hallucination;
It imagined for the individual that As he sees an external appearance of a personâs body or more ,pulsing with the manifestations of the psychological life,seeking and moving from point to anther ,this is happens while the individual knows that he did not imagine any imaginary picture for any person voluntarily
The visual picture itself is imagined in the imagination theater of the human person against all biological immunity defenses , psychological , any external environmental factors or any personal behavioral can be done
There is no anything can prevent the representation ( materializing) of the picture in the individualâs imagination
First thing you should know ;
During this event,the individual does not know that, this picture that he sees is imaginary picture in nature for a person(s) not a natural visual body by eye for any actual human being or other creatures !
It means that,the raw material of the visual picture itself is created from the Imagination substance
and are not a natural reflection of a picture visualized by the eye related actual organic body (s) in the external environment
You should ask the question;
why the individual think that he sees a person (s) outside by his naked eye and did not imagine internally any picture for anyone ?

In principle,
In the case, if any human being (whatever his smartness degree ) sees the hallucination body,he will think that he see a Human person or/ Holy person by his naked eye ,and he will deal with the visual person on this base for a period of time ( days /weeks) until he knows by his cultural knowledge or by a friends that he did not see actual human person(s) or any holy personality but he sees,hears and feels inside himself a malicious personality be called (D) in the public culture or Hallucination in the medical reference or even by the term âpsychosisâ
Why the individual think that, he see a real person ,not seeing an imaginary picture in his imagination ,add for that he insist that he does not imagining what he claims to see,therefore the maze have 3 different elements as shown above !
To explain this mazes
you should know the fact that,there are radical different between the Perceptual experience with the natural imaginary picture which is known for 99 % people and the visual picture of the hallucination body (s) which perceived by the individual with hallucination ----(instead to say individual with schizophrenia)
So, what is the different between the natural imaginary image AND the visual perception of the hallucination body (s) ?
The hallucination body (the visual image for the individual )is pulsing with the mental life / all kinds of perception, voluntary movement in the imagination theater by a speed as the normal people moving in the external environment from point to another ,changing movement modes ,expression about itself by phonemic thoughts (the voices in the public culture )
Any human being will perceive the aspects of differences no matter the smartness degree
