Mine suck. I read it can be the sz causing these. I feel mentally disabled bcz of that.

I have had this problem in the past, but have outgrown it. I still dream, but I don’t necessarily follow through on it

I’m pretty good in these areas. I don’t spend a lot on unnecessary things, don’t gamble, etc.
and I am on Abilify to boot!

Just by practicing maintaining perspective, and some self-control. It’s not easy like I say, I still fuk up sometimes, but I am nowhere near as bad as I used to be.

I had good self control for the last 6 years, only occasionally have I smoked marijuana, which I shouldn’t do, especially on aps. But recently within the last 6 months, I have been spending more on buying stuff, which kind of makes me feel sick. Sometimes I get the thought that spending money is what money is for, but I will argue with myself that it only has any value because people save it as much as they can. My self control is not perfect.

I do get suckered into online shopping sometimes. But I buy fairly inexpensive things, a bit of shopping therapy maybe. But I always check my bank account first to make sure I can handle it

I buy something off amazon like once a month, almost always the thing is crap but I’m too lazy to return it. But I get the impulse to buy something, and with amazon you can buy it so quickly before the impulse goes away.

I’m exactly the same. And it seems such a hassle to pack something up that cost $12, just to ship it back and get your money back. I’m a lazy prick too LOL

I still gamble on Vraylar Aziz but its better then Abilify no psychosis and other side effects are ok
for the rest the gambling is ■■■■
