I'm surprised

I’m down 1kg for the walking attempt. I hope this continues but even if it doesn’t I really benefit from them mentally. I didn’t go today. I said for every 3 days I walk ill take a days break.

Exercise is so good but you’ve got to watch what you eat! It’s really beneficial for mental health too and the more modern stuff is increasingly moving to diet…but. Exercise is a no brainer. If you do it lots it increases physical and mental outcomes for sure so good you got some results but it’s always a work in progress. It takes time and effort to lose weight on antipsychotics.
