What med can i take for being stuck in my head constantly thinking? I can barely do activities …the antidepressants don’t work and make me miserable
Risperidone helped me with that.
But I still struggle with it.

Risperidone has helped me more than olanzapine.

I asked the same question a few months ago actually..
I’ve since cut down on coffee and things improved. So maybe consider that.
