I'm so tired

little to no sleep, went to try and see my pdoc couldn’t see him because they were way to busy. I have no meds, things just feel like they are getting worse. I called and texted my case worker and nothing haven’t heard from her either! I don’t know what eles to do.

go to ER and explain you need your meds…perhaps they will help.

Do you have a crisis center where you are? I went through the same thing last year. I threw fits until they listened and i got it straightened out.

Would you rather go without meds or be in a terrible psych ward to give it a try to get better? I called my caseworker and she never got a response from my pdoc.so though i didnt want to be locked up i had to do something.

Be sure and call the pharmacy where you last picked up your meds. There might be a chance that you can get a refill, my psychiatrist always gives me extra refills.

Sometimes they say they have to contact your doctor to get his or her authorization. No big deal…You might have to wait a day, but the pharmacy should call you back when its ready to be picked up Find out what your options are.

I’ve done all that the pharmacy has no refills its been 3 days without meds and waiting

Are you on disability? If so you probably get Medi-Cal and Medi-Care benefits. If you do, you can choose your own psychiatrist and have a little bit more say regarding your treatment.

no I don’t have disability I got denied

That sucks, these so called professionals are not doing their job. I completely understand your reluctance to go to the hospital. At this point, you don’t seem so bad off that you have no choice. I really don’t know what to tell you, except to do what you can to get some meds, and please don’t hurt yourself. This is a shitty situation, but it’s not your fault. Just don’t give up. The only way is up when you’ve hit rock bottom.
